Herdsmen kill 6 in Gabo Village

The Benue state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), ASP Moses Yamu, has confirmed the attack on residents of Gabo village in Nengev and Turan Councils wards of Logo LGA of the State.
He said the corpses of the deceased victims had been deposited at the morgue of the General Hospital, Ugbah.
Africa Update gathered that six people were killed and several others sustained injuries on Friday during an attack by herdsmen.
Our sources revealed that the herdsmen stormed the village in the night, attacking the community members with machetes and other dangerous weapons. The House of Representatives member for Logo State Constituency, Hon. Terna-Kester Kyenge, said he received six mutilated corpses.
