Chief Executive Officer of Hanits Enterprise, Mrs. Williba Preye Franklin Miebai, says all is set for a three week intensive beginners class in cake making. Speaking to Africa Update, Miebai, disclosed that the training will cover courses on how to bake different types of cakes, butter cream covering, drips application, whip cream and white butter cream frosting.
Other area of focus will be cake stacking, trimming, filling and crumb coating, neat fondant covering, mould and stencil techniques, and participants will be learn how to achieve sharp edges on fondant and butter cream.
The training which is billed to take place at 6 John Wobo Street, off Agip road by Shalom school Rumueme in Rivers State, will begin on July 12th and end July 30th, 2021. Those interested in the training have been urged to send WhatsApp messages to 08100200154 for inquiries.
