Gov. Wike and 5,000 employment to Rivers people: A centurious scam – Chizy Enyi Esq

The President General of the Initiative for Transparent Strategy and Good Leadership, Chizy Enyi Esq has urged the good people of Rivers State and those living in Rivers State to stop wasting their money in the name of applying for civil service job as approved by Gov. Wike because the statutory body charged with the responsibility of employing people into civil service, has not been set up by Rivers State government.

Chizy Enyi Esq who addressed the press shortly after arriving at the Port Harcourt international airport, Omagwa, yesterday told journalists that Rivers State Government is now a one man affair where Gov. Wike is everything (Sole Administrator). “Since the expiration of the tenure of the Rivers State Civil Service Commission members till today, Gov. Wike have refused to set-up another commission to oversee the affairs of civil servants.

How can employment into civil service be done without the commission? Who even authorised the employment without the commission? Is Gov. Wike also a member of the commission?”.. Chizy queried. It is on record, that the tenure of the Civil Service Commission, Local Government Service Commission, Judiciary Service Commission and Assembly Service Commission has expired and the Gov. Wike deliberately refused to reconstitute the Commissions.

“Why is the silent in Rivers State that nobody is talking? Statutory bodies responsible for the day to day working of the Government is not functional and yet nobody is talking. How did we get here? Where did we go wrong as a State that Gov. Wike is treating us like filthy rags? Chizy further queried.* It is obvious, that Gov. Wike is only trying to deceive the people into believing that there is hope for them having seen that Rivers people have lost confidence in his administration.

If Gov. Wike feels that he want to employ Rivers people into Civil Service, let him set-up the Commission and give them matching order to employ because without the Commission, any employment done will be illegal. The President General of the Initiative for Transparent Strategy and Good Leadership further advised Rivers people not to waste their time and money because the publication by the PERMANENT SECRETARY, CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION IS A SCAM AS THERE IS NO COMMISSION TO APPROVE THE PUBLICATION.
