Africa Update has just received the news of the demise of a member of the All Progressives Congress, APC, whose vehicle was struck yesterday morning, May 3, 2018, by a branch from a tree.
The sad incident which took passersby by surprise, occurred during a very heavy downpour, at the Old GRA axis of Rivers Sate, just beside the prestigious Port Harcourt Club.
Africa Update had broke the news yesterday, about the incident which involved the vehicle conveying the APC state secretary, Chief Emeka Bekee and three of his aides.
The police escort attached to Bekee, had rushed the victims to the hospital for treatment, but the aide, Ferdinand, who sat in the back seat with Bekee, unfortunately died this morning as a result of injuries he sustained from the accident.
