The headless body of an unknown lady has been found in an uncompleted building at Etereva, Ozoro in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, according to reports.
Eyewitness revealed that the unidentified corpse was found on Sunday afternoon, March 7.
There are hints that the act might have been perpetuated by ritualists . The security operatives in the area have deposited the corpse at a nearby mortuary.
