Former Minister of Agriculture and Water Resources, Dr Abba Sayyadi Ruma is reportedly dead.
Ruma’s demise was disclosed by his uncle and Danwairen Katsina, Alhaji Sada Salisu Ruma. He reportedly died in a London hospital this morning, after a long battled with diabetes.
Ruma who served as Minister during the administration of late President Umaru Musa Yar’adua, was born on March 13, 1962. He is survived by two wives and nine children.
