Federal Govt. denies scrapping NYSC

The Federal Government has debunked rumours over the weekend alleging that the scheme which was established in 1975 by then Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon (retd), has been scrapped by President Muhammadu Buhari, alongside the post-UMTE.
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba. Shehu said it is only another law that can repeal the NYSC, since it is a creation of the law.
