International music star, David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly called Davido and the Rivers State Government have entered into a pact to groom young musicians from the state.
Davido made the commitment during his visit to the Government House in Port Harcourt the State capital on August 17.
He revealed that his organisation would organise a musical concert in December that would showcase international and local artists.
Davido stated that young talents would be discovered during the event billed to hold in Port Harcourt sometime in December.
He expressed his support for the Wike led government and also solicited for support for his uncle Senator Ademola Adeleke’s ambition to become the next Governor of Osun State.
In his remarks, Wike assured Davido of his administration’s commitment to a successful concert in December and commended him for partnering with Rivers born stars, Duncan Mighty.
