The Rivers State Ministry of Environment says there will not be restriction of movement during the monthly sanitation exercise for February.
Disclosing this to newsmen, the Commissioner for Environment, Dr. Rosslyn Konya, urged residents to clean up their surroundings despite the non restriction of movement during the period of the exercise, across the 23 local government areas of the state today.
