‘ Is Hon Igo Aguma now bigger than APC?’ ~ Chizy Enyi (see details of exlposive letter)

IS HON. IGO AGUMA AND HIS COHORTS, NOW BIGGER THAN APC: WHY NO DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS AGAINST THEM? With due respect Your Excellency Sir, I wish to formally congratulate you on your recent appointment as the Chairman of the APC Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Committee. It is an appointment well deserved to put our great party on the right track having served as the former National Secretary of APC.

Your Excellency Sir, you are aware, that for the past three months, our great party almost gone into extinction because of leadership crisis before the meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC) on Thursday 25th of June, 2020 WHEREIN the National Working committee was desolved, HENCE YOUR APPOINTMENT AS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE CARETAKER/EXTRAORDINARY CONVENTION COMMITTEE.

The decision of the NEC is in line with article 13.3 sub iii of the constitution of APC. In the said meeting of the National Executive committee of the party, several other decisions were reached and agreed upon which also include the fact that all court matters against the party and the individuals arising from party issues should be withdrawn with immediate effect.

In other to abide by the decision of the NEC, the former National Chairman of APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomole, immediately withdrew his appeal against the party. This is a show of loyalty to the party as exhibited by the former National Chairman. It is disheartening to note, that despite the decision of the NEC which was further re-emphasis by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and leader of the party, President Muhamadu Buhari, Hon. Igo Aguma and his cohorts been influenced by some officials of Rivers State Government still went to court to institute contempt proceedings against Senator Andrew Uchendu and the Caretaker Committee Chairman of APC in Rivers State, Hon. Sokonte Davis at the Rivers State High Court and the matter has been fixed for 7th of July, 2020.

The contempt proceedings are hereby attached. This singular action is in total disobedient and disregard not only to the National Executive Committee, but to the constitution of our great party. I m aware, that Hon. Igo Aguma has been boosting that because he have the support of Rivers State Government that controls the affairs of the Rivers State Judiciary, he will make sure that Senator Andrew Uchendu and Sokonte Davis must go to prison.

My worry, is that this same external influence beclouded and engulfed Senator Magnus Abe and he frustrated all the attempts of the party from presenting candidates in the just concluded general election in Rivers State and Hon. Igo Aguma has tow the same line and he is ably supported by the same Magnus Abe. I, hereby, call on the attention of the leadership of our great party to immediately act inline with the disciplinary measures of APC constitution because no single individual is above APC and whomever is no longer at ease with the decision of the NEC, should leave the party or be expelled.
