Residents living in Ndieke Umuatuegwu in Okija, Anambra State, have been thrown into mourning, following the sudden death of an entire family on Wednesday 8th of August.
Reports revealed that the family of five(names withheld) had died, while having dinner. Eyewitness stated that the father fell down and started vomiting blood and soon after the children started vomiting blood also.
Neighbours had rushed the family to a hospital but the father and children all gave up the ghost. The wife was said to have slumped and died from shock on Friday, when she heard about the sudden death of her husband and children.
There are however insinuations that they may have been poisoned by someone close to the family.
