Organized labour in Rivers State says it is not aware of any Court ordder, restrianing it from embarking on strike.
A joint statement signed by the Chairperson of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Beatrice Itubo, Chairman Trade Union Congress, TUC, Austin Jonah and the Chairman of the Joint Public Service Negotiating Council, Emecheta Chukwu, stated that ongoing strike will continue until the state government implement its demands.

The statement also commended workers for complying with the sit at home order.
