Explosion rocks Port Harcourt Flour Mills

There was an explosion at the Port Harcourt Flour Mills, along Industry Road, in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area, Rivers State. Sources told Africa Update that the incident occurred about 11:am today, while barley was being transferred into the storage tanks.

The explosion which sent workers and visitors scampering to safety, left debris and no human casualties in its track. At the time of this report, the area has been evacuated, while investigation into possible cause of the explosion has commenced.
