Members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni LGA (ONELGA) Rivers State have condemned the gruesome murder of a chieftain of the party, chief Lucky Ajie (Idu), by unknwon gunmen in his country home, Okposi yesterday.
The former chief of staff of ONELGA, Hon. Chijioke Ejebide during his condolence visit to the family of the deceased, described the murder of Chief Ajie as regretful and called on security operatives to investigate the murder.
Eyewitness account revealed that Chief Ajie was trailed to his house, where he was shot dead outside his home.
