The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has raised a 22 count charge against Ex-militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo, in absentia.
He was arraigned at the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos and presided over by Justice Mohammed Buba.
