Well wishers from Rivers State thronged Abuja, the Nation’s capital, to witness the call to Bar ceremony of some illustrious sons and daughters from the State. Findings by Africa Update revealed that the Deputy Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ehie Ogerenye Edison, wives of former State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Bro. Felix Obuah and the former State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Hon. Ojukaye Flag Amachree, Mrs. Charity Obuah and Mrs. Jane Flag Amachree, were amongst those who took part in the call to Bar ceremony today, at the Eagle Square.
The ceremony, according to a statement signed and issued on Thursday, by the secretary of the Body of Benchers, Nigeria, Daniel Manasseh Esq, noted that the call to Bar Ceremony which is for candidates in the December 2020 and March 2021 Bar Finals, will hold from 27th to 29th July 2021. Parents and other guests were barred from attending.
