Father-in-law of the expelled governorship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State, Matthew Iduoriyekemwen, has been gruesomely murdered in Benin, the state capital. Prof. Christopher Ogiehor, an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Medical Director of City Clinic, Benin, was murdered at his residence: No. 13, Egbor Avenue in the Government Reservation Area (GRA) in the state capital. The 80-year-old was found dead with a broken head and his hands tied, in his house in the early hours of Thursday. Edo Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Chidi Nwabuzor, a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), confirmed the murder.
