The emergence of Dr. Sokonte Davies, as the Chairman of the Caretaker Committee of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Rivers State, has continued to elicit reactions. Speaking on the development, the leader of the party in Akuku Toru Local Government Area, Hon. Christain Don Pedro, said, he is very confident that the party will experience remarkable feats under the leadership of Davies. Davies, on your purposeful selection as Chairman of the Caretaker Committee, by the Statutory Members of the State Executive Committee of our great party in Rivers State.
I have no doubt, as a refined gentleman and seasoned administrator, your wealth of experience in party administration, laced with your human management skill, would be brought to bear, as you pilot the affairs of the APC in Rivers State.
