Former Governor of Cross Rivers State, Donald Duke, has expressed his desire to become the next president of Nigeria.
Duke,at the Mike Omotosho annual lecture in Abuja, stated that he possessed the qualities required to become the President.
He charged youths to actively participate in the electoral process by registering and collecting their Permanent Voters’ Card, PVC.
He urged citizens to vote for candidates with the technical know-how, Â to avoid the mistakes of the past.
