Fierce looking security operatives blocked the main access into the prestigious Hotel Presidential today, preventing vehicular and human movement .
A security operative who spoke with Africa Update , said the directive to stop the earlier scheduled election was given from Abuja.
It is however uncertain what the motive behind the information is, but the delegates from other states including media men were seen hanging around waiting for clarification.
