Degema Politicians, Patriotic Voices slam Inye Marshall Harry

A native of Harry’s town and businessman, Chief Inye Marshall Harry, has come under intense criticism following his recent comments on the political impasse in Rivers State.

A press statement sighted by Africa Update described Harry as a ‘political jobber’ with no influence in Rivers State politics.

The release signed by Chief Omubo Sunday, read:
DELGA POLITICAL STAKEHOLDER REACTS TO INYE MARSHALL HARRY’S COMMENTS.
Chief Omubo Sunday, a foremost political Stakeholder in Degema Local Government Area and Rivers State has taken a swipe on INYE Marshall Harry on his recent comments in Arise and AIT Television stations, stating that Governor Siminialaye Fubara, the Executive Governor of Rivers State should apologize to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike as an insult to the people of Rivers State.

Chief Omubo Sunday further stated that Governor Siminialayi Fubara has come to stay, noting that Inye Marshall Harry is a political jobber who has no bearing in the political affairs of Rivers State.”Inye Marshall Harry should be told in clear terms that I Chief Omubo Sunday played a major role in the emergence of Nyesom Wike in 2014.

Infact my financial input was huge, but I cannot support Wike’s aspirations because he does not love the growth of Rivers State” I prefer Inye Marshall Harry to tell Wike to apologize to Rivers people, especially to those that contributed to his emergence.

“Inye Marshall Harry is not known in the political circle of Rivers State. It is on record that Inye Marshall Harry is an Ex-convict. His late father Chief Marshall Harry imprisoned him because of his criminal records and disowned him”.

Chief Omubo Sunday maintained that it is regrettable that the former legislator and Caretaker Committee Chairman of Degema LGA, Anthony Soberekon and former Executive Chairman of DELGA, Dr. Tony Philmoore invited Inye Marshall Harry to the Rivers State Government House during a Stakeholders meeting, saying it is a huge error to invite someone who dines with the devil.

Chief Omubo Sunday assured all DELGANS and the entire Rivers people that his support for Governor Siminialayi Fubara is unwavering, pointing out that Inye Marshall Harry’s useless tantrums should not be goodtaken seriously, because his actions are in resemblance with his Abuja paymaster who is a tout.

In a related development, a political group in Degema Local Government Area, alleged that Harry is unstable in the political circles, and without any relevance.

Chief Dr Inye Marshal Harry has never won any election even in his polling unit since he got involved in Politics, he cannot even produced a Councillor yet he calls himself a Leader, Who is he to advise the current Governor of Rivers State

Chief Dr Inye Marshal Harry never supported Wike or worked towards the emergance of current Governor of River State or The President

He is just jumping from one place to another when his current place does not favour him.

We wish to advise the newly elected Local Government Chairmen of DELGA Hon. Dr Agiriye Monina Harry to be careful of the likes of Chief Dr Inye Marshal Harry because he will bring bad luck to him and the LGA.
