Anita Brown, the woman who previously alleged she was carrying Afrobeats star Davido’s child, has ignited a social media firestorm with a post targeting the extravagant lifestyles of the wealthy. The post, published just days after Davido’s star-studded wedding to Chioma in Miami, is being widely interpreted as a direct criticism of the couple and their high-profile guests.
In a lengthy write-up on Instagram, Brown accused many rich individuals of lacking authenticity, values, and integrity. She specifically called out the display of what she claimed were fake designer handbags, lavish wedding rings, and expensive fashion accessories, arguing that no amount of glamour can disguise an “empty lifestyle.”
“You prolly will be the best addition to their life if you were in it,” she wrote, adding, “I don’t care for fake Birkins, fake lifestyles. And fake wedding rings that allegedly cost a million dollars, but you got on a 1950. Rolex, I’m a VIRGO. My attention to detail is immaculate! No one can fal me! Y’all are not living yall best life.”
Brown became a viral figure in June 2023 when she first made her claims about Davido, stating at the time that she was unaware of his marriage to Chioma.
