The Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, has express delight at the return of President Muhammadu Buhari from London.
Wike who has always criticised the All Progressives Congress (APC), led federal government, could not hold back his excitement when he accompanied other state governors and government officials to welcome president Buhari at the presidential villa yesterday.
