Special Adviser on Social Media, to the President, Lauretta Onochie, has been named as the substantive Chairman of the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), according to a letter sent to the Senate by Pesident Muhammadu Buhari, requesting for the confirmation of the appointment, Africa Update has learnt.
Buhari’s letter, which was read at plenary Wednesday by the Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, also named 14 others as members of the Board.
