As part of efforts to stop the spread of the dreaded and deadly COVID-19 in Rivers State, the State Government has announced the closure of the popular Oil Mill Market, with effect from Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
A statement released yesterday, March 24, by the Commissioner for Information and Communication, Paulinus Nsirim, says “Anyone found trading in the market will be arrested by security agents”.
