A group of thugs have reportedly attacked a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly, representing Oyigbo constituency, Hon. Promise Chisom Dike.
The attack, Africa Update gathered occurred this evening as a result of conflicts between the lawmaker and some politicians ahead of the PDP election in Oyigbo Local Government Area.
The hoodlums had set his SUV on fire, just outside the PDP secretariat in Oyigbo.
