Major General Ibrahim Mohammed Jallo, has been appointed as the acting General Officer Commanding, GOC, 6 Division Nigerian Army and Land Component Commander Operation DELTA SAFE (LCC OPLDS). This was contained in a statement signed by the Acting Deputy Director Army Public Relations 6 Division Port Harcourt, Lieutenant Colonel Charles Ekeocha.
The statement said the new acting GOC/LCC OPDS has since assumed duty, following the demise of the former GOC Maj Gen Olu Irefin. Major Jallo was until his appointment, the Commander 63 Brigade Asaba, Delta State.
