The new Law center of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) Rivers State Branch, currently under construction, in Porr Harcourt has collapsed injuring three masons working at the site. The building which would have been used to host the upcoming NBA Law Conference in August, collapsed on Saturday, while work was ongoing. The site Engineer has been arrested while the injured, were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
