A ten year old girl, (names withheld) , who was purportedly raped two months ago by one mallam Bashir Alagori at Rumuibekwe Housing Estate, in Rivers State, is dead.
The victim’s aunt, Madam Felicia Okpara revealed that her niece who was living with her at the estate, died on Saturday night , at a private hospital in Port Harcourt from complications as a result of infection.
Africa update gathered that the little girl was raped at about 8pm on the fateful day, when she went to the mallam’s  kiosk to buy sachet milk.  He had allegedly dragged her into the kiosk where he raped her.
