A man, Justus Obwocha Motiso, has been dragged to court after he reportedly forced his eldest son to have carnal knowledge of his own mother while he watched.
The man was remanded by a Kisii court for his own safety, according to SDE Kenya.
According to the report, Motiso was accused of committing the offence on June 1 at Bonyagatanyi sub-location in Kisii County.
The court heard that Motiso stripped his wife naked before his children, tied her with a chain on both legs, hands and neck before forcing their eldest son to have sex with her.
The Magistrate said Motiso would not be granted bail because the public could attack him.
He however, pleaded not guilty to the charges but was still remanded at the Kisii Prison until June 20 when the case will be mentioned while the hearing of the case is set for July 13.
The courtroom was jammed by curious residents as Motiso remained composed in the dock.
