Nigerian Film Festivals Association, NFFA, and Rwanda Film Federation (RFF), have signed a memorandum of Understanding (MOU), to foster a bi-lateral relationship between the two organisations in areas of exchange programmes, trainings and mutual experiences, the Chairman of NFFA, Uche Agbo has hinted.
A statement issued by the Chairman and sighted by Africa Update read: ‘Distinguished Members of the Nigerian Film Festivals Association (NFFA),
‘I wish to inform the general house that we have completed an MOU signing between Nigerian Film Festivals Association and Rwanda Film Federation (RFF)
‘THE MOU amongst many other propositions is to Foster a bi-lateral relationship between the two organisations in areas of exchange programmes, trainings and mutual experiences.
‘It will help to encourage Rwanda Film, tourism and creative stakeholders to participate more on member-festivals.
‘A scheduled meeting with NFFA and RFF are in the offing, to further strategize how to explore the inherent benefits for the two establishments.
‘A copy of the MOU would be made available for members to have in depth knowledge of what has been agreed.’
