Ox-Bow lake goes agog for Bobby Chant

Ox-bow Lake in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State was agog on June 18, as the drums were rolled out to celebrate a performing artist, Bobby Chant.

The reception organised by Chant Entertainment in conjunction with Rhythm 94.7 FM, was done to celebrate the National Award presented to Bobby Chant by the Director General, National Orientation Agency, Dr.Garba Abari.

The award was given to Bobby Chant after his single ” I love Nigeria’ became a hit and was adopted as a theme song to commemorate Nigeria’s independence day celebration last year.

Speaking to Africa Update, Bobby Chant said: ” I am thanking the DG NOA Dr. Garba Abari for the award and also the Bayelsa State Government for creating an enabling and secured environment that led to the successful hosting of the National award celebration with bobby chant and lastly am thanking all Nigerians both home and in diaspora for their support.”

Bobby Chant and the party guests moved to Kimi’s Lounge and night Club, where he (Bobby Chant) thrilled everyone to a scintillating performance.

Akeem Da Beat, Smithykal, Bigmozy, Star boy, Dancer, In Golden, Kerrie, Realkeyp, Black Geez, Slimkelz, MC Network aka Waya Waya, King , DJ Abdullah 94.7 FM, DJ Tom Biggie, MC Naija Mumu, MC Mouth Pause, MC Okpeke and MC Tootalk, were there to spice up the event.
