Special Anti Kidnap Squad, others take over Ken Saro Wiwa Polytechnic

The quest to wipe out cultism and other related vices from the Kenule Beeson Saro Wiwa Polytechnic has led the management of the institution to take drastic and proactive action.

A statement issued by the Registrar of the institution, Paul I. Igbara revealed that effective Monday,  March 13, 2017, operatives of the Anti Cultism Unit, Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS), Department of State Security (DSS) and other security agents, would be permanently stationed at the polytechnic, to ensure the eradication of cultism and rape.

The statement  said the institution has zero tolerance for rape and other related offenses, and  advised parents and guardians to sternly warn their children to shun cultism, as the full weight of the law will be brought against any suspect apprehended.
