Rivers State Government says, public Primary Schools, will be constructed at the sites where the two hotels were demolished in Onne and Eleme respectively.
Making the disclosure via a press statement, the Commissioner of Information and Communications, Paulinus Nsirim, said contrary to rumours that the State Governor, Nyesom Wike, unilaterally took the decision to demolish the hotels, the state security council met and agreed on the demolition.
He stated that the public primary schools will be constructed to enhance the quality of education in these areas.
