The Rivers State Police Command has reacted to the killing of a police officer attached to the Special Anti Robbery Squad, SARS, in Oyigbo Local Government Area.
The Police Public Relations Officer, Nnamdi Omoni, said suspected members of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, IPOB, carried out the attack. The identity of the police officer was however, not revealed.
