A 90 -year-old man, identified as Assor Woke, has been murdered by suspected cult members after setting his house ablaze, in Egbeda community in Emohua Local Government Area of Rivers State on Tuesday.
Africa update gathered that the incident caused panic in the community as indigenes who could not ascertain the reason for the attack, were seen running to safety
Woke was said to be the oldest man in the area and had always preached peace in the community before his gruesome murder.
