Man killed, tied to Telecom mast in Diobu

Rivers State Police Command has confirmed the suspected murder of Onyekachi Onuoha, whose corpse was tied to a Telecommunication mast at Abel Jumbo Street, Mile 2 Diobu, in Port Harcourt City Local Government Area.

Confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer, Nnamdi Omoni, said the corpse has been evacuated and deposited in a mortuary. He further added that one suspect has been arrested while investigation is ongoing.

Africa Update gathered that Residents of Abel Jumbo Street, were stunned when they woke up to find the victim with his hands and legs tied to the mast. There are unconfirmed reports that he may have been killed by criminals who came to steal.
