The sad incident according to report occurred yesterday at the residence of the deceased where he was gunned down in cold blood.
An eyewitness account revealed that the deceased chairman of Onne Ward 7 was in a meeting with some leaders of Eleme Local Government Area that Sunday morning and later joined another meeting which had in attendance leaders and other stake holders in Onne, but on his arrival at home the hoodlums stormed his house and shot him dead.
