Ipalibo’s Appointment: What Manner Of Man Is Amaechi?

At some point, one may want to pause to ask; “What manner of man is Amaechi?” This question would always arise when you take a critical look at events as the days go by. A typical Nigerian politician is treacherous, deceptive and vindictive but Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi is not. What I have noticed about this man is that he allows God to take pre-eminence in everything he is involved in. No wonder everyone who had attempted to pull him down goes down instead.

On Ipalibo Harry’s appointment into the Board of the National Population Commission, one cannot but get worried over the frenzied outburst and open show of a combination of stupidity, idiocy and foolishness by uninformed and ignorant boys of Sen. Magnus Abe via the social media. Can Magnus Abe come out openly to say that he submitted and influenced Ipalibo’s name and the subsequent appointment?
Can Ipalibo open his mouth to say that it was Abe that made his appointment possible?

The list that contains these names was long prepared way back late 2015 and early 2016 when Abe was still loyal to the leadership of the party. Abe’s recalcitrance and obstinacy started after December 10, 2016 when he emerged victorious in an election that all hands were on deck for him to emerge Senator. Being desperately ambitious, he severed his friendship and allegiance to people and causes that mattered to his victory. He was able to pull some gullible followers along, of which Ipalibo is one.

Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi submitted Ipalibo’s name and even when the relationship got soured and ruptured, Amaechi never went back to withdraw Ipalibo’s name. Amaechi is not vindictive. He can never be vindictive. That is the Amaechi I know. He allows God to decide.

It baffles me that Sen. Magnus Abe acquiesces to such mindless glorification by his ignorant boys. That shows the true colour of these characters; and to think that they want to govern us is nauseating. Wouldn’t it be a nightmarish experience to be in the hands of these men without scruples?

Thank you Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi for nominating Ipalibo Harry into the NPC. Let his conscience judge his ingratitude.
