Our corrupt leaders built refineries abroad and encourage cronies to build tank farms which are about the same cost with building refineries.Where are the modular refineries we were promised during the presidential campaigns ?
What is all the noise about landing cost ?
If we need to import then it should be only by NNPC while efforts should be intensified to build more refineries and revamp the existing ones
i am not APC or PDP but i desire the best for Nigeria
