ARE WE MAD? (103)

Sometimes last year residents of Port Harcourt started complaining about strange black particules, naturally I ignored believing it’s just harmattan dust. For the past two weeks I begin to observe that getting into bath tub I saw that black stains. Even though throughout the day I wear socks outdoor. The black stains occurred between my sitting room, bedroom and bathroom.
The shock I got was that I kept a white shirt outside wardrobe overnight because I have to go out early the next day but I can’t wear it, it was covered with black soot
Ordinary I had wanted to blame Agbada flow station which is just about a kilometer from my residence. Common sense prevailed because the flowstation has been in existence before I started living there and I have been living for over 4yrs.
Residents of Port Harcourt and its environ have been complaining but nothing has been done.
The pm2.5 is 165.6mg/cm3
We have been told severally that air quality is bad
Both federal and state governments have done nothing. They are only concerned about 2019
Please help me appeal to them to save our lives. There is increase in reported cases respiratory tract infection in all medical facilities.
PLEASE STOP THE SOOT
i am not APC or PDP but I desire the best for Nigeria
