Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has approved the immediate appointment of Pastor Jonathan Tobin, as the Managing Director of Rivers State Microfinance Agency.
The appointment was contained in a statement signed on October 24, by Boniface Onyedi, the Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Governor.

The Statement reads: This is to bring to the notice of Rivers people and the general public that His Excellency, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, GSSRS, Governor of Rivers State has approved the appointment of Pastor Jonathan Tobin as the Managing Director of Rivers State Microfinance Agency. The appointment takes immediate effect.
