A magistrate court, Presided over by Magistrate Andrew Jaja has granted bail to the Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former Caretaker committee chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Samuel Nwanosike , former CTC chairman of AKULGA Roland Sekibo,  former CTC chairman of ASALAGA, Odiari Princewill and 31 suspects .
The accused were dragged before the court on 3 count charge of holding illegal public meetings, wondering during election and intimidating voters in Etche Local Government Area, Â during the rerun legislative election on February 25.
The Magistrate set their bail at one hundred thousand naira (N100,000) each , with 3 sureties. The case was adjourned to March 9, for further hearing.
Recall that the PDP chieftains and 135 people were arrested in Etche Local Governemt Area, on February 25, for allegedly being in possession of charms, explosives, Â drugs and other dangerous items.
