Rivers State Ombudsman, Marshall Israel congratulates Rivers State Commissioner of Police on promotion

Federal Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, Rivers/Bayelsa States, Marshall Israel, says the Commissioner of Police in Rivers State, Joseph Mukan, is an experienced and result oriented police officer, whose “legacies and achievements will remain indelible and monumental in Rivers State”. Israel, made the disclosure in a congratulatory letter he wrote to Mukan, on his recent promotion. I am not surprised because you are a diligent and dedicated officer whose virtues of proficiency and efficiency have benefitted the Rivers State Office Of The Public Complaints Commission and Rivers People in general on several occasions.

You assured me of your support and Commitment when I visited you and you kept to it. Every criminal and Civil Complaints I referred to your office were treated to the satisfaction of both Complainants and suspects. You are Known for your discipline, comportment, impressive self-esteem and good carriage. Outside the support you gave to the Public Complaints Commission, your exemplary dedication and commitment to duty, and readiness to sacrifice for results and the good image of the Police Force are infectious and transcendental.

You are not just an experienced and result oriented Police officer. You are a role model, a Peace Ambassador, a father and a leader to both The Nigerian Police Force and the civilian population. For handling the security situation in Rivers State with uncompromised expertise, competence and integrity; for using courage and compassion, and for providing such a meaningful service of security to Rivers people, YOU MADE A DIFFERENCE! Thank you most abundantly for reducing kidnaping, Cultism, militancy, armed robbery, violence and criminality in Rivers State. Your legacies and achievements will remain indelible and monumental in Rivers State. I trust you and I know you will do everything possible to justify the confidence reposed in you by the hierarchy of the Police Force. Congratulations and God bless you.
