Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo bags another award as his stunning bicycle kick is voted UEFA’s goal of the 2017/2018 football season.
The former Real Madrid forward has a notable collection of breathtaking strikes to his credit but his acrobatic, jaw dropping overhead kick for Real Madrid in their Champions League quarter finals clash at the Allianz Arena against Juventus which happens to be his present is considered to be his very best so far.
The 33-year-old five time Balloon d’or winner pretty much agrees to that as he stated during his unveiling as DAZN’s first global ambassador: ”It was in my opinion one of the best goals of my career so far. And, of course, when the people started to applaud me in the stadium, I was like wow ”.
