Wike seeks spiritual intervention

Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike,  is calling on the church to rise up and work for the redemption of the Country.

He gave the charge at the third synod of the Anglican Diocese of Evo in Rivers State. Represented by the Chief of Staff Government House, Emeka Woke, he urged the church to intensify prayers for the salvation of Nigeria’.

He said the church cannot stand at the sidelines in the face of political development in the country, noting that the involvement of the church is key in National rebirth.
