Dave Okumgba hints of what will happen to Wike’s edifice

The South South Zonal Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Dave Okumgba, has sounded a note of warning to the Rivers State Government hinting of plans to end financial recklessness and impunity.

Okumgba expressed worries at the level of financial misappropriation allegedly ongoing behind closed doors and at the detriment of tax payers in the state.

Addressing a cross section of female stakeholders and members of the party over the weekend at a summit, he said, it was unbelievable that the State Governor Nyesom Wike, would purportedly spend monies meant for the development of the state, in the acquisition of properties at Ada George Road axis of the state.

“That place will be converted to a motherless babies home because rivers money was used to forcefully evict people people to enable him construct his massive edifice,” he stated.
