Rivers State Ministry of Education has vowed to regulate school fees charged by private school proprietors in the State.
Commissioner for Education, Tamunosisi Gogo Jaja, declared that the move became necessary following series of complaints from parents about exorbitant fees charged by private schools.
He said most parents complained of not receiving quality education from most of these schools that charge as much as N400,000 per term.
